The Global Export company, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Export Development Agency under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of our country, supplied legumes and dried fruits to Croatia in Israel for a total amount of 300 thousand dollars, the correspondent of the Dunyo news agency reports.
According to the Department of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, within the framework of long-term agreements concluded by the end of this year, Global Export plans to export more than $ 2 million to these countries.
Such achievements in the field of opening new markets and further stimulating Uzbek products are facilitated by the intensification of the work of diplomatic missions, as well as the participation of domestic exporters in major international exhibitions sponsored by the agency.
According to the Dunyo news agency, one of the successful examples of joint projects was the conclusion of a contract for the supply of legumes to Hungary in the amount of 500 thousand dollars, under which Uzbekistan exported legumes to this European country for the first time. Previously, Global Export had established bean exports to England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania and Latvia. This is due to the high quality and compliance of Uzbek products with all necessary European standards.
